Middle East Journal of Otolaryngology
Launched in April 2008, the Middle East Journal of Otolaryngology compliments the Update in Head and Neck Surgery Conference held each year in Dubai. Published quarterly, the subscription based journal is sent out to over 3000 subscribers in the GCC and contains peer reviewed articles on topics such as:
- Laryngeal movement disorders
- Principles and practices of vestibular testing
- Technologies and approaches in endoscopic sinus surgery
- Rhinoplasty and other facial plastic procedures
Each article provides a maximum of 2 accredited AACME hours which readers can obtain by faxing back correct answers to each set of questions at the end of every article. It therefore provides readers with an ideal opportunity to obtain their accredited hours without leaving their desks and busy daily schedules to attend conferences.
